Management consultancy Empact Group is crowned the 2025 Financial Review BOSS Best Place to Work.

Guidelines that ensure all of Empact Group’s employees uphold the purpose and values of the management consultancy have enabled the firm to accommodate staff from a wide array of backgrounds, including neurodiverse individuals, underpinning the decision to award the Canberra-based firm the 2025 Financial Review BOSS Best Place to Work, which is presented in collaboration with Bendelta.

From the outset, Empact founder Claire Thomas wanted to create a company where staff felt they could individually and collectively feel empowered to act, a goal she recognised could only be achieved if she did more than merely pay lip service to diversity of thought, background and experience.
