Sitting patiently at the tail end of the workweek, Fridays have always been a bit different to other days.

Back-to-the-grind Mondays are generally considered the worst, while Wednesdays are popular for being a “hump day”. Friday, for many, has always been the fun day: long lunches, clocking off a bit early to hit the pub, ditching the tie and wearing jeans to the office.
