Eric Yuan hopes that in 10 years Zoom calls will be better than face-to face meetings.

Mr Yuan, chief executive and founder of the video conferencing company, is looking to add features, such as the sensations of smell and touch, to make individuals feel as if they are in the same physical space as their counterparts, even if they are sitting 10,000 kilometres apart.
