What men really think about the push for gender balance
Most men agree with the need to create equal opportunities for male and female workers, but many still harbour concerns that job appointments are not based purely on merit.
Companies are not doing enough to keep men on side as they push to hire and promote more women.
That is the message from workplace experts speaking after a survey found that while the vast majority of men agree with the need to create equal opportunities for male and female workers, 41 per cent of men in that category are concerned that job appointments are not based purely on merit.
