What babies can teach us about sleep

Parents know only too well the importance of having a bedtime routine for their kids, but Australian sleep scientist and mother-of-two Dr Grace Vincent says it’s just as important for the rest of us.

“We have a lot of great routines for baby sleep – putting on white noise, getting in a cuddly sleep suit,” said Dr Vincent, who has a seven-month-old son and a three-year-old daughter.
