Victoria to curb ‘oppressive’ NDAs silencing sexual harassment victims

The Victorian government will consult victims of workplace sexual harassment, employers, unions and the legal profession to build new laws to eliminate the misuse of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

The move is part of sweeping recommendations made to eliminate misconduct at work.
