Turning COVID-19 to advantage wins awards for students
An ability to help other students find work and make business connections during the COVID-19 lockdown in Victoria has helped Monash University student Laura Jeffries to a winning position in The Australian Financial Review Top 100 Graduate Employers 2021.
Ms Jeffries took out the Westpac Banking, Insurance & Financial Services Award in the Top Future Leaders category, for her work as president of the Monash Marketing Students Society, which helps students bridge the gap between university and “the real world”.
