The fate of former AMP Capital chief executive Boe Pahari, following a flood of outrage against his appointment, shows time is up for boards that underplay sexual misconduct issues.
Sex Discrimination Commissioner Kate Jenkins said AMP's treatment of Mr Pahari and a female subordinate who made allegations of sexual harassment against the infrastructure specialist was a "real turning point for corporate Australia".
