AMP's two biggest shareholders have broken their silence over the company's handling of multiple sexual harassment claims, directing their ire at David Murray and his "tone deaf" board over the appointment of Boe Pahari as AMP Capital chief executive.

Shareholders are publicly and privately venting their frustration at AMP's inability to come clean over the mounting sexual harassment claims facing the company and outline a plan to restore its reputation and staff morale, and maintain the confidence of clients and customers.
