Edward Einfeld says Herbert Smith Freehills’ parental leave policy was one of the reasons he joined the firm.
The senior associate, 38, said the policy gave him “an idea of the culture of the place” and meant he could share caring responsibilities with his wife Chloe equally, as it made no distinction between primary and secondary carers.
