This hairdresser hired 22 people. She’s no longer a small business

For Renee Baltov, who quit her marketing job to run the hairdresser Barberhood, there’s no question she’s a small business owner.

“My mum’s a hairdresser, so I grew up in my family business. I always had that entrepreneurial spirit and was well into my career when I wanted to give it a shot,” she said.
