CBA confident staff will want to return to the office

Australia’s biggest bank is confident that most of its staff will be enthusiastic about returning to the office from March 1, doubting it would have problems with employees who refuse.
Commonwealth Bank is not mandating the number of days a week staff go to the office, saying work patterns should be negotiated by employees and their managers and reflect the needs of the business and its customers.
