Bunnings has reached a landmark agreement that will introduce more holidays and a four-day week for thousands of its full-time workers in a first for the retail industry.
Shop Distributive and Allied Employees Association delegates this week backed the retailer’s proposal to deliver pay rises of 10.5 per cent to 40,000 staff over three years – including 4.5 per cent this year – and lift annual leave to five weeks a year.
