Hayden Brass is not a born salesman. He’s not loud. He’s not the guy trying to make himself the centre of every room. But it was the family introvert who found himself behind the stall at a weekend market or on the local shopping strip, pitching his heart out in the hope of selling candles, soaps and essential oils.

“I did the [Royal Easter] Show in Sydney for 20 years,” recalls Brass, founder and managing director of health and wellness company Zea and who is today named one of the 2025 BOSS Young Executives.
