Dr Richard Harris, one of the main players in the famous rescue of 12 schoolboys and their soccer coach trapped in a flooded cave in Thailand in 2018, is learning to let go.

The former anaesthetist and renowned cave diver’s whole life has been about maintaining internal control and calmness in high-pressure situations, especially those where danger is ever present.
