Larry Diamond and Peter Gray, co-founders of buy-now-pay-later firm Zip, both find themselves working from the dining room and understand all too well the challenges of working from home with young children.

"I do enjoy being close to the kids, but it's super chaotic and I have to mute and un-mute myself every five minutes as my two-year-old jumps on my lap, or my six-year-old tries to grab a toy from my two- year-old. In summary, there are pluses and minuses," says Diamond.
