In 2012 Daniel Hunter and his wife, Janet, welcomed triplets – identical boy twins, Jack and Will, and a baby girl, Scarlett.

At the time, Hunter – now chief executive of Business New South Wales, an advocacy group representing small business with an annual turnover of $250 million – was general manager of transformation at Sydney Water.
