As global equity markets tank, more initial public offerings from last year have sunk below their offer price, creating opportunities to buy them cheaper on market.
The 10 largest IPOs from 2021 are trading at a median 10 per cent below their issue price, analysis by The Australian Financial Review shows. Several of these IPOs – most of which had scarce stock available for retail investors – have shed at least a quarter of their value since listing.
