For the first time, Gen X has overtaken Baby Boomers when it comes to the amount of wealth they have in property, an analysis by KPMG has revealed.
Terry Rawnsley, KPMG’s urban economist, looked at ABS data released in June 2024 across four generational cohorts – Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X and Baby Boomers.
