Would-be hospitality baron (and erstwhile Hollywood producer) Jon Adgemis is battling his creditors and his headlines.

He was most recently accused by administrator and BDO partner Duncan Clubb of pulling about $9 million out of his Public Hospitality Group empire in the year before it collapsed (Adgemis claims these were “legitimate” business costs).
