There's good news on housing, but it may take time
While there are many uncertainties in the current cycle, development will return – possibly even before investors.

Reserve Bank deputy governor Guy Debelle, in a speech titled Housing and the Economy at the CFA Societies Australia Investment Conference last month, said the two sectors of the housing market were on different cycles, with established housing rising in price while new building activity was falling.
