PM's recovery warning: 'We can't save everyone'
The economy will have to grow by almost 4 per cent annually for the next five years to recover from the coronavirus recession, Scott Morrison says, while warning job support measures will have to make way for a pro-growth, investment agenda.
Levelling with voters about the scale of the challenge ahead, the Prime Minister also said the government could not save every job and business and it would be "callous" to suggest otherwise.
