Ask anyone who has worked with (or against) competition tsar Gina Cass-Gottlieb to describe her, and you’ll hear the same refrain: “She’s the smartest person in any room – but she doesn’t need people to know it.”
It’s a refreshing trait in the combative world of mergers and acquisitions, where investment bankers, competition lawyers and private equity giants fight to get deals over the line.
