Kresta Holdings chairman Ian Trahar might be in the sights of major shareholder Hunter Hall Investment Management, which has requisitioned a meeting to remove him and fellow director Peter Hatfull from the board of the blinds company, but he won’t be going down without a fight.

Trahar has vowed to start defamation proceedings against Hunter Hall following a letter posted to Kresta shareholders by the investment group questioning Trahar’s trustworthiness.
