Birmingham | British Prime Minister Liz Truss on Wednesday doubled down on her reformist zeal, even as her ministers descended into a public slanging match over her policies.
Ms Truss used a keynote speech to the Conservative Party conference in Birmingham to try and get her beleaguered month-old premiership back on track, saying there was no room for “drift and delay” in the face of global economic challenges.
