In less than a week Scott Morrison and his Energy Minister, Angus Taylor, fly to Glasgow for the opening days of this year’s United Nations climate talks – billed yet again as a make or break moment for the planet.
It’s a critical juncture too for Morrison, who is determined to become the first prime minister since John Howard to outlive the scalding political consequences of climate policy.
