If you are an adult living in the UK today, chances are you will live to be about 80 (the average life expectancy is 79 for men and 83 for women), and children born today may live to 90. But at least one longevity expert based in Los Angeles plans to live to 150 – a potential increase of six decades – with the help of her biohack lifestyle.
