Turned off by fast fashion and gripped by nostalgia, Gen Z and Millennials are spending as much as $1000 on vintage Mambo shirts decades on from when the brand was first fashionable in the 1990s.

Designer Jimmy Harvey, 32, reckons he’s got about $20,000 worth of Mambo T-shirts at home, while Tasma Hunt, 25, has just the one she bought for $150. But she’s on the hunt for more, and she’s willing to spend big.
