I work at a business school within a university, and while I see that much of the corporate world is becoming more casual in its approach to dressing, in my meetings men still wear suits and ties. In the heat of January and February, I am almost stifled by having to wear a tie. Can we do away with this unnecessary accessory once and for all? Will I still look professional and business-like without one? – Tie Hard
