There will be no simple return to public transport services like buses, trains, trams and ferries as people learn to live with COVID-19 because the way people move around has changed, says Margy Osmond, chief executive of the Tourism & Transport Forum.
“The pandemic is going to change customer behaviours, it’s going to change staffing,” Ms Osmond said.
