The chief executive of Kelsian Group says it has hit the “sweet spot” after four years of scouring the United States for acquisitions, with the $487 million buyout of a business which transports staff each day on luxury coaches to Google, Apple and Tesla workplaces in California.
Clint Feuerherdt said Kelsian now has the ideal platform to accelerate further in the bus transport industry in a highly fragmented US market using the six brands which make up All Aboard America!. It has acquired the operations from San Francisco-based private equity company Tensile Capital.
