Atlas Arteria's French toll road charges ahead with electric vehicles

Atlas Arteria's new chief executive Graeme Bevans has reassured investors the toll road group will keep investing in fast chargers for electric cars, describing the company's French infrastructure as "well advanced" compared with Australian charging infrastructure as it invests in new technology.

Atlas Arteria's most valuable toll road investment, a 25 per cent stake in France's Autoroutes Paris-Rhin-Rhone (APRR), which runs through eastern France to the borders of Germany, Switzerland and Italy, already has charging stations every 46 kilometres along its 2318-kilometre network.
