ASX companies from baby product retailers to fintechs named and shamed by lobby group Chief Executive Women for having no women in the C-suite say they have a strong cohort of females in key roles just outside the inner circle.

Baby Bunting, buy now, pay later group Zip Co, and off-road vehicle accessories chain ARB Corp said the just-released 2022 Chief Executive Women (CEW) Senior Executive Census missed this cohort and unfairly marked them as laggards in the drive to get more women into the top echelon of management.
