Harvey Norman may be facing a second strike against its pay report but a spill of the entire board, including chairman Gerry Harvey, is doomed to fail.

Australia's largest furniture and homewares retailer incurred a first strike against its remuneration report last year, with 50.6 per cent of shares voting against the report.
