85-inch TVs are taking over Australia’s lounge rooms

The founder and chief executive of online retailer Kogan.com says households are upgrading to enormous televisions as 85-inch displays become more affordable and home entertainment is spared in the cost-of-living crunch.
Ruslan Kogan said the big TV was a top seller as shoppers made the most of watching sport and streaming, pruning back spending at restaurants and cafes.
