IPH successfully completed its $192 million hostile takeover of Xenith IP on Thursday to create a $1.7 billion listed intellectual property giant.
The group engulfs Xenith's businesses Griffith Hack, Shelston IP, Glasshouse Advisory and Watermark and is estimated to capture more than 40 per cent of Australia's IP market.
