A former EY partner and director have teamed up to launch a new boutique firm aimed at helping community sector organisations and social service outfits improve their operations.

The new firm, Lumenia, also aims to take advantage of a shift by public sector organisations away from hiring the big four consulting firms following the PwC tax leaks scandal.
