Elizabeth Broderick to lead EY culture review

EY has appointed former sex discrimination commissioner Elizabeth Broderick to lead a wide-ranging review of its workplace culture after a staff member’s suicide at the firm’s Sydney office last month.
Ms Broderick will look at the firm’s culture, work practices and psychological health and safety as part of the review, which EY chief executive David Larocca pledged would be independent and rigorous.
