Childcare group G8 Education has pushed through fee increases of almost 4.5 per cent and says it faces a slow grind to restore occupancy levels to pre-COVID-19 levels.
The price increase from this month at G8, Australia’s largest for-profit operator with 472 centres across brands from JellyBeans to NutureOne, takes its average fees to $118 a day.
