Westpac has lured two more bankers from its larger rival, Commonwealth Bank, as it continues to plunder top talent from its competitors.

Westpac’s newly installed head of business banking, Paul Fowler, also a CBA recruit, has begun putting together his key team and is also making tweaks to the structure of the division.
