Liquidators have launched a courtroom probe into the collapse of a key business in a sharemarket-listed pirate-themed fund outfit, after raising allegations about a shadow director and overvalued assets.
The filing for a Federal Court public examination was made this month into JB Financial Group, which was placed into liquidation earlier this year.
