iSignthis chief executive John Karantzis lied to and misled law firm Clayton Utz, which was commissioned to write an independent expert report into the company’s market disclosures, a court has heard.
Tim Hart, chairman of payments company iSignthis, conceded Mr Karantzis made “inaccurate” statements to Clayton Utz in a document related to the suspension and termination of its deal with payments giant Visa in mid-2020.
