CBA shuffles executive team as it looks for next generation of leaders

Commonwealth Bank has reshuffled its senior executive ranks, promoting a career banker to run its key institutional division, pointing to a new generation of leadership at the country’s biggest lender.

In a broad overhaul of its senior ranks, CBA promoted Sinead Taylor, its chief operating officer for three years, to run the institutional bank. The division banks large companies and makes 12 per cent of CBA’s total profits.
