IN the final stretch before South Australians go to the polls, we look at what inducements the major parties are dangling in front of voters.

TRANSPORT
Labor - Removal of seven of the most dangerous and congested level crossings across the metropolitan area.
Labor – A promise to return trams to O’Connell Street, North Adelaide, and The Parade, Norwood, for the first time in 60 years.
Labor – Rebuild the Tonsley station.
Labor – Package to support taxi drivers including reducing insurance costs and lifetime support levy.
Liberal – Also rebuild the Tonsley station.

SA Best – Free 24/7 public transport travel for seniors.
SA Best – Raft of measures for taxi drivers including $10,000 handout, reducing registration fees and increasing licence fee for all taxis, hire cars and Uber vehicles.
Greens – Move Adelaide 500 to Tailem Bend.

EDUCATION
Labor – $70 million for personal laptops to all Years 10, 11 and 12 public school students by 2021.
Labor –$37.5 million for 10 more children’s centres.
Labor – $6 million for more nature-play spaces in schools.
Labor – Give TAFE at least 70 per cent of vocational education and training funding.
Labor – $100m boost for TAFE.
Liberal – A $100 million package for 20,000 new apprenticeships and traineeships.

Labor – Increasing SA’s Renewable Energy Target to 75 per cent by 2025.

Labor – $350 million over nine years to develop old RAH site for future industries including artificial intelligence, cyber security, renewable energy and film.
Labor – $150m to build 600 new housing trust homes and provide interest free deposits.

Liberal – A new freight airport near Monarto and dual rail lines linking it to Port Adelaide.
