Three people injured as crash reduces Wide Bay Highway to one lane

Emergency service crews have raced to the scene of a crash in the Gympie region which has reduced the Wide Bay Highway to one lane.

The Wide Bay Highway is currently reduced to one lane at Woolooga after a single vehicle crash that injured three people.

The crash happened about 5.45pm on Saturday, with motorists urged to follow police directions at the scene and to expect delays.

The highway has been reduced to one lane between Dray Rd and Sellen Rd, police said.

A spokesman from the Queensland Ambulance Service said two patients in a stable condition had been assessed at the scene, while a third person with numerous injuries was also receiving treatment.
