Lucky escape for man after two car crash on Glastonbury Rd, Gympie
Emergency crews have been called to the scene of a two-car crash outside Gympie in which one driver was initially left trapped.

Two men have escaped with only minor injuries after their cars collided on Glastonbury Rd west of Gympie, causing one to flip onto its side.
Emergency services were rushed to scene, near the turn off to The Palms, shortly before 3.30pm.
The driver of one of the vehicles, a grey SUV, was initially left trapped in its wreckage while the door of the other, a white Toyota ute towing a small trailer, had its door ripped off.
A Queensland Ambulance Services spokeswoman said the SUV’s driver managed to free himself from the wreck as crews first arrived.
Both drivers were taken to Gympie Hospital, reportedly with minor injuries.
