A structure on Saleyard Rd, Araluen, was on fire with paramedics and other emergency services arriving by 6.18am.
Three crews from the Queensland Fire Department arrived to find single-storey building well alight.
A Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman confirmed the building was vacant and no patients were assessed, and a Queensland Police Service spokesman said police were off the scene by 7.20am.
This comes less than an hour after a single vehicle crash on the corner of Bridge St and Queen St in Cooran, in the Noosa Hinterland.
