Two people have been taken to hospital overnight after a car went over a guard rail on the Wide Bay Highway at Woolooga.
The Wide Bay Highway was reduced to one lane after the single vehicle crash, which happened about 5.45pm on Saturday.
Motorists were urged to follow police directions at the scene and to expect delays after the highway was reduced to one lane between Dray Rd and Sellen Rd, police said.
The highway has since reopened.
A spokeswoman from the Queensland Ambulance Service said two patients were taken to Gympie Hospital in stable conditions.
