Child killed in devastating Glenmorgan crash
A 13-year-old boy has died following a motorbike crash on a private property in Queensland’s Western Downs.

A 13-year-old boy has died following a motorbike crash on a private property north of Glenmorgan.
Emergency services rushed to the property on Undulla Road about 10am on Saturday morning.
At 11am Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman said one patient had been treated for critical injuries although a rescue helicopter had not been called to the scene.
It is believed the child died at the scene.
A Queensland Police spokeswoman said a scenes of crime officer was called to the property at 10.45am.
It had been a horror weekend of serious crashes across the south west.
An hour east of the motorbike fatal, a man sustained serious injuries to his head and face after he was involved in a crash on Tara Kogan Road.
He was rushed to Tara Hospital at 8.37pm on Saturday, August 14.
The same day a quad bike rolled at a South Burnett property allegedly crushing a toddler’s abdomen.
The toddler was flown in a stable condition to the Queensland Children’s Hospital in Brisbane.
A day prior on Friday, a 46-year-old Toowoomba man was killed in a single-vehicle crash along Quilpie Adavale Road west of Charleville.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
As Queensland’s road toll inches closer to 160, it’s been the state’s worst start to a year in more than a decade.
