Duy Linh

Vegetarian/Vegan$$

The voluminous laminated picture menu runs to almost 200 dishes: most are under $13, all are delicious and guilt-free. All-day yum cha sees siu mai, steamed or fried dumplings and steamed buns, take a faithful vow to veg. A-la-carte highlights include Vietnamese fresh rolls, French bean and soya prawns (these look surreally sea-real), and lively sweet-and-sour soup with tamarind and okra. The latter, canh chua in Vietnamese, is one of the best versions of the dish around, vego or otherwise. Fast individual serves of pho, vermicelli noodles with spring rolls, and Vietnamese pancakes (banh xeo) are lunchtime favourites.
